How to order subscriptions

You can order subscriptions to DSE services online at any time via our subscriptions website.

Ordering a subscription

To order a subscription, please visit our subscriptions website:

1. Select the subscription that you are interested in and configure any options - including the number of user licences that you require, professional or parent rate, annual or monthly period, currency and billing location. If prompted, confirm if you are a private consumer or a taxable person or business.
2. Provide your billing information (names, email address and postal address).
3. Continue to our payment provider and complete your payment.

When we receive the subscription order and payment confirmation, we will email you to confirm your order and to provide a link to where you can manage your subscription.

To ensure our emails are delivered successfully, you may wish to add subscriptions@dseinternational.org to your safe/trusted senders list.

Common questions

What subscription periods are available?

Most of our subscriptions are available on a monthly, or an annual basis.

Do you offer reduced prices for parents?

Many of our subscriptions are offered at a reduced rate for parents of children with Down syndrome or children with similar learning disabilities.

Can I purchase multiple user licences?

Yes, you can purchase up to 30 licences in a single subscription order. When your order is completed, you will be able to assign each licence to a different user.

How do I order a subscription for someone else?

When you purchase a subscription, you can assign it to anyone - either yourself or another person.

How do I order multiple different subscriptions?

Each subscription order is for one subscription product. To order multiple subscription products, please complete multiple orders.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Monthly subscriptions will renew automatically each month. You can choose to automatically renew annual subscriptions.

Is sales tax charged on online services?

At this time, we are required to charge sales tax (VAT/GST) on certain digital services supplied to all private consumers and most organisations located in the United Kingdom or in the European Union. Please refer to our guidance for further details.

How can I cancel a subscription?

You may cancel a subscription at any time easily online. After cancellation, the subscription will expire at the next renewal date and no further payments will be requested.
